Youth ATV's and Dirtbikes
Many of you may not know, but as of Tuesday, February 10th, 2009 the sale of all youth dirtbikes and ATV's intended
for children under the age of 12 has been deemed illegal. Luckily we hurried up and bought one for our girls before
this went into effect, but there are many children out there that won't be able to enjoy the fun of riding unless
we take some action to end this ban. The easiest way for you to help is to go to State Representative
Tom Self's website to read and submit a letter on your behalf.
NOTE: No, the girls do not ride around with passengers like that......
Fall 2008
The leaves are changing, the temps are dropping and we're busy getting ready for another birthday party.
Hayley's 7th birthday was on October 9th and our party for her is on the 18th. We have been busy with her
cheerleading and going to the football games she cheers for. Mommy is an assistant coach for her and both
of her sisters have fun practicing cheers with her.
Racing
The racing season is officially over for us. I ended up in 13th place mainly due to not being able to run the last race due
to a wheel bearing failure and missing a few races. I did win a race on
August 29th which was
great for everyone involved. The kids thought it was the best. Thanks to everyone who helped me out at some point or another throughout the season.
